Therapeutic Overview

You’ve held it together long enough. Let’s work on what’s underneath.

Evidence based therapy tailored to you.

Let’s Take the Guesswork Out of Healing.

You’re ready to feel relief.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming.

Especially when you’re already carrying so much. Maybe you're not even sure where to begin. That’s okay. My job is to walk alongside you, help you make sense of the chaos, and support you in finding relief, clarity, and strength within yourself.

In our work together, we’ll go beyond just “talking it out.” You’ll learn how to recognize patterns, understand your nervous system, and reconnect with the version of you that’s been buried under survival mode. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or a major life shift — you don’t have to do it alone.

lets work together

Some sessions give you the tools to survive the hard days. Others help you process the pain that’s been buried for years. Some days you’ll talk. Some days you’ll cry. Some days you’ll just sit and breathe. All of it is welcome here.

Therapy doesn’t have to look one specific way. Together, we’ll follow what you need most — grounding, clarity, reflection, or release. Whether you’re working through postpartum anxiety, grief from pregnancy loss, the overwhelm of identity shifts in motherhood, or past trauma that’s resurfacing now, there’s space for your whole experience. You don’t have to carry it alone anymore. I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

what you’ll learn here:

Explore you on a new level

This is a chance to reconnect with who you are underneath the roles and expectations. You’ll get to know yourself more deeply - not just to survive, but to feel more whole, grounded, and present.

Process what is underneath the surface

The things you’ve buried to get through the day don’t just disappear, they show up in your body, your relationships, and your self-talk. Therapy gives you the space to gently uncover and heal what’s been holding you back.

Learn new ways to understand your emotions

Your emotions aren’t wrong or too much - they’re messengers. Together, we’ll slow things down so you can make sense of what you’re feeling and respond with compassion, not shame.

You’re worth the investment.

Therapy with me is

A space where your feelings are valid, even the ones that feel messy or “too much”

Rooted in evidence-based care like CBT and EMDR

Focused on both coping tools and deeper healing

Tailored to your needs, your pace, and your lived experience

Therapy with me is not

A place where you’ll be judged, rushed, or expected to have it all together

Just venting without direction or depth

Someone just telling you one-size-fits-all advice

Surface-level work when you’re ready to go deeper

My core values

01
Honesty

In our work together, I’ll show up with transparency and authenticity, and I’ll invite you to do the same at your own pace. Healing happens when we can be real, not perfect.

02
compassion

I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to ask for help. I lead with empathy, not judgment, and meet you with warmth in the moments you feel most vulnerable. You don’t have to explain or justify your pain here - it’s safe to feel what you feel.

03
safety

Emotional safety is the foundation of all healing. I prioritize creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and never pushed beyond what you’re ready for. Whether you're sharing your story or sitting in silence, your experience will be met with care.
